Day 3–10: First Washing Cycle
Begin gentle saline misting on day 3. From day 5, use the provided foam wash with patting motions only—no rubbing. Donor area may feel tight; apply prescribed antibiotic ointment to extraction sites twice daily.
Day 11–14: Scab Softening
Continue daily washes until scabs lift naturally. Avoid gym, steam rooms, and direct sunlight. Optional first GFC session may be scheduled at day 14 for faster re-epithelialization.
Weeks 2–6: Shock Loss Phase
Transplanted hairs may shed—this is normal and temporary. Donor healing completes by week 3; redness fades with SPF 50 on scalp when outdoors.
Months 1–12: Growth Timeline

Donor Area Healing Tips
